When it comes to making decisions, what’s the first thing that comes to mind? We instinctively think of how it’s going to affect our own comfort, safety, or status. From a human perspective, personal survival and success are key motivators, and there’s minimal benefit to serving others, except when it helps you. As Pastor Paul will challenge us in today’s message, Christ calls us into a life that serves others - even at our own expense.
